WTB T43 or recent T series

I'm looking for any T43 or T42 series laptop with the below features:
14.1" XGA
512MB and above
Wireless b/g
Bluetooth (OK, if not)
40GB hard drive and above
At least two year warranty remaining...
And no dead pixels nor mechanical problems...
Plz let me know...
