WTB: US English keyboard and recovery CDs for 15" T42

Hi, all:
I'm new here, just bought an almost-new T42 off eBay (see signature). I really like it, but there are two problems:
1. It came with a French keyboard, which I thought I would get used to, but it continues to bother me and I really would like to replace it with an English one, preferably one of the NMB's that everyone seems to like. The part number would be 93P4780 (now 39T0643).
2. The seller wiped the hidden partition and installed a plain-vanilla copy of XP Pro, so there is a lot of IBM-specific software missing, and I'm on a dial-up connection, so downloading isn't really feasible. I'd like to return the machine to factory configuration, and for that I need a set of recovery CDs.
Can anyone (preferably someone in Canada, to simplify shipping) sell me either of these for less than what IBM would charge?
Thanks,
Irene
