WTB: ThinkPad T20 (2647-81U) Restore CD

#1 Post by FadeToBlack » Fri Feb 24, 2006 10:13 pm

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a Restore CD for my ThinkPad T20. (Type 2647-81U) I'm not sure what they're worth, but just name a reasonable price. I prefer to pay through PayPal. Thanks in advance!

-Sean

Anyone?

Is it possible to buy these Restore CD's from IBM? I really, really need one.

This could be an extreme long shot Sean, but looking on ebay I found this ad. Not sure if this is the exact same model, worth checking out and maybe seeing if the seller wouldn't burn you some copies for a few pound in his PayPal account? Even if this isn't right it's worth keeping an eye on ebay.

Thanks for the link, but I'd really like to find just the CD only for sale somewhere. I found this website: http://www.restoredisks.com/ but I don't know if it's legit or not.
