Pulled from my new T42 to make room for the upgrade to 2GB.
Perfect condition (passed 8h of memtest86 w/ zero errors).
Even has a nice shiney silver heatsink on it.
$40 shipped.
Has an IBM part number on it as well. I'll post it when I get home from work.
