WTB: 256MB or 512MB PC133 SODIMM for X22

As title. I got a used X22 with 256MB memory, kind of low for running XP, looking for a stick of 256MB or 512MB PC133 SODIMM, high density. Please PM or email for your offers.

I think the max for the X20 is 320MB.

For X20, 256MB 16chips PC100 or PC133 memory needed. so the largest memory you can use is 256+64on board=320MB. Not support 512MB single memory.

X22 support one 512MB laptop PC133 SDRAM(no matter 16 chips or 8 chipset.). Total is 512+128(on borad)
