FS/FT: SODIMMS, WinChip & Pentium MMX - MORE SODIMMS ADD

My 310ED rennovation project is starting to create a drawer full of parts. Time to do some spring-cleaning by selling the following items:
IDT WinChip C6 240 MHz processor -- $5 shipped.
The writing says "C6--PSME240GA" and the core voltage is 3.52V so it works fine in older Socket 7 computers that do not have the dual or split-rail voltages. I got it on a generous deal from AlphaKilo a couple of months back. It works perfectly but I am using an AMD K6-2 at 400 MHz now and no longer need this one. AlphaKilo gave me a deal selling it to me for $5 shipped, so in the spirit of good Karma I will offer it for the same amount.
Intel Pentium 133 processor with MMX technology -- $6 shipped.
Original Thinkpad 310ED Socket 7 processor which works fine with original IBM part-number sticker on it. Operates at 2.45Vcc. I overclocked it to 166 MHz but swapped in a higher-powered processor before trying to push it any higher.
Two sticks of IBM 128MB PC100 SDRAM CL2 SO-DIMM memory -- $17 each shipped.
I got these new in the mail last week after paying $20 each from an Ebay dealer. Turns out they do not fit cleanly in my 310ED (physically too big), nor do they work in a PC66 EDO-based laptop with a stated memory limit of 64MB... go figure.
Oh well, it never hurts to try.
Two sticks of 64MB PC66 SDRAM SO-DIMM memory -- $9 each shipped.
I just got these new in the mail today from a dealer and they do not work in my 310ED.
Two sticks of IBM 32MB PC66 EDO SO-DIMM memory -- $12 each shipped.
Bought new from an Ebay dealer two months ago as my first attempt to upgrade the stock 16MB EDO memory in my 310ED. They worked fine but were quickly replaced within a week or so with two 64MB EDO sticks as my experiments continued.
One stick of IBM 16MB PC66 EDO SO-DIMM memory -- $7 shipped.
Original IBM Thinkpad 310ED memory module. Works fine but no sense keeping it when I am running two 64MB modules now.
If interested in anything, drop me an e-mail or leave me a private message here. I will try to check messages here at least once every day. I would consider trades for the following:
(1) AMD K6-III or K6-III+ processors at least 400 MHz and above (mobile or low-power-consumption versions are preferred, like the ACK, ACZ and AFR designations);
(2) 128MB EDO SO-DIMM modules; and
(3) Smaller-gig hard drives compatible with older 300-series Thinkpads, basically something like 4Gb to 10Gb.
Thanks for looking!
