Got 4 of these from various IBM thinkpads.

Specs:
Elpida Brand (Japanese - OEM supplier for IBM)
P/N: PC2700S-2533-0-A1
EBD52UD6ADSA-6B
2.5-3-3 timings

I might be interested if you could answer me a couple questions.

1) How many slots do T4x's have? (I have a T43)

2) If mine shipped with 512 is it two 256's or 1 512??

Id check myself but dont have a tool kit to open the back up with

Two, one on the bottom and one under the keyboard.

Should have been shipped with one 512.

All you need to open the memory compartment is a small screwdriver, slotted or phillips.
