WTB: 600 Port Covers

My 600E is missing every port cover except the one for the printer port cover (which is tearing off slowly) so I'm looking for replacement covers. Does anyone on this forum have the part I'm looking for?

Also, if anyone has a CCFL tube for the 600E screen, I'm interested in that. Every now and then the very top corner of my screen is pinkish when I open the lid, though that goes away after a fraction of a second.
