LF: thinkpad t23 motherboard, or repair ?

I have a Thinkpad T23 that just cycles it's fan fast and slow. It will only boot if left unpowered for a week. I either need a new motherboard, or someone that can repair it.

I have read some other forums, and it seems a common problem.
if anyone has a motherboard for sale, or some advbice, I would appreciate it.
