So for next school year I plan on getting an 20" Intel iMac (no need to start a flame war) and possibly a cheap g4 iBook though I may not need a laptop anymore, so I'm looking to get rid of my Thinkpad by the time Summer rolls around since I won't need a computer again till August.

It's a T43 2668-C2U in excellent condition, ~8 months old

PM 2.0ghz
80GB 5400rpm
1.5gb DDR2 PC4200 (upgraded from stock 512mb)
14" SXGA+ 1400x1050 (no dead pixels so far as I can see)
ATI Radeon x300 64mb
Intel 2195ABG
Bluetooth Modem Daughter Card (upgraded from original Modem)
DVD/CD-RW drive
Two 6-cell batteries

Plus a Dock II (the full docking station) in great condition


Think I can still get $1600+ for it? With or without the docking station? Since I have a friend who buy that anyway...

Is eBay my best bet?

If someone out there happens to propose a trade for a used iBook+cash I may be inclined to take it....

This is pretty much still a feeler at this point as I'm not quite sure if I'm ready to part with it just yet (I do have another month of school that I need a laptop for).

Any thoughts or offers would be appreciated.

Here is your best bet, much better than ebay. But if you got someone that will pay 1600, take that. lol

well yea i figured here is my best bet, plus i'd rather sell it in this community where i found so much help when deciding to buy it...

of course id take 1600 for it, but do you think thats reasonable to ask for it? hence the "feeler"
