Feeler: IBMT42 for sale

I'm thinking of getting an IBM X31 and therefore wants to sell my T42. How much should I sell it for?

Specs:

- IBM Thinkpad T42 2373-MA5
- Pentium-M 1.6GHz
- 512MB DDR PC2700 RAM
- 40GB Seagate HDD
- DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive
- 14.1" LCD Screen
- 32MB ATI Mobility Radeon 7500
- Integrated V.90 Modem
- Integrated 10/100/1000MBps LAN
- Intel 802.11b/g Wireless
- Weighs approximately 2.2kg (battery lasts approximately 2.5-3.5 hours)

It still has 1.4 years warranty, ending August 2007. THe cosmetic condition is perfect, I would say great A. Would appreciate any help.

Also, how much would an X31 that still has a warranty approximately cost? I have an offer with the following specs:

1.3Ghz
Ram: 1G
Harddisk: 40G 5400rpm
Warranty till August 2006.
