T23 Recovery CD

I bought a ised T23 Laptop off Ebay in December with a 30GB hard drive. A corporate return. 2 days ago it started clicking so I tried to get all the files off it. I did, but I couldnt make a clone of it. It is now completly dead. I do have an almost new 20GB that I will put on it.
I have the files off it but I can't restore windows without a recovery CD which I did not get with it. It had Windows XP pro. When I first got it I had to call MS to get it activated.
Does anybody have a recovery CD they can sell me either as a download iso or a real cd.
