WTB 100 or 133 SDRAM

I'm looking for 100 SDRAM, to run in a T20-22 (128 sticks and 256 low density sticks) and 2 sticks of 256 or 512 133, to run in a T23.
The T20-22s I am selling, so I'll always be looking for more memory, the T23 will be my keeper, so I'm only looking for a couple of sets.

Oh, I'm also looking for a wireless NIC, for the T23. Not the PCMCIA card, but the on-board wireless NIC.

I'm looking for some SO-DIMM (laptop) SDRAM PC100 and 133 memory.
PC100 in 128 and 256MB sticks.
PC133 in 128, 256 and 512 sticks.
The 256 PC100 sticks need to be low density.
Let me know what you have, and how much you want.

I have two sticks of new IBM 128MB PC100 SDRAM CL2 SO-DIMM memory I bought back in March from an Ebay dealer. I paid $20 each not including shipping but I could let them go for $17 each shipped to you. I took a chance hoping they might work in my EDO-memory Thinkpad 310ED. They did not work or even physically fit so they are essentially unused. Drop me a private message if interested.

@rfcroc: You might want to hold out for the PC66 ram that you were seeking in your ad. The PC100 works occasionally in the 600s, according to several posts here in the forum.
