Original IBM memory shipped as stock RAM with my T43 last November. Tests and operates good; sold as is, no warranty above any offered by IBM. If you have a T43 with 512MB in one bank, this stick will up you to 1GB total, and enable dual-channel memory performance (slight gains, better gains if you have a planar GPU or do Photoshop work on large images). See relevant threads in the T40 forum for more info on dual-channel performance.

This is NOT aftermarket RAM; see photos. FWIW IBM claims on their site, "Only our Memory will assume ThinkPad System limited warranty."

Selling after upgrading my TP to more RAM. Asking $50 + free USPS priority shipping in the US (out of CONUS, inquire).
