I purchased this last year and used it once, it works good with the PS2 adapter and can connect up to two PS2 controllers to your PC for gaming. I dont have time to use it or games so Im selling it.
It comes in original box, Install CD, USB cable and adapter.

The controllers are your regular PS2 controllers, the device is pictured as shown
