FS: t21 800mhz 256+128mb ram SCREEN NOT WORKING

I have a t21 its a type 2647.

800mhz
384mb of ram
10(?)gb hd which i need to format still.
3rd party power adapter.
Battery lasts about 45 minutes.

The screen went out

Great for parts or you can just buy a new screen. I'm pretty sure its not the inverter because i replaced it with another one (which i will include)

I'm pretty sure i can sell the ram separately and get more out of this but i dont know the going price now.

So $120 for all?

I also have a 2wire B card, I think its based off the orinoco or agere cards. Along with a 5db antenna that i'm willing to let go for $35.
