They don't exist!
I'm not aware of
any 600Es shipping with W2K installed, your choices at the time were limited to W98 or NT.
You could use 600X series W2K recovery CDs on a 600E, it works just fine, but without a W2K COA on the bottom of the machine that would be illegal and make Bill Gates mad.

Are you looking for disks for a 600E or a 600X?

the discs will be used on a 600E, but since JHEM said there are no 600E discs with W2K, I'll take 600X W2K discs that will also work on the 600E.
i know you had the NT discs for the 600E, but id rather stick with W2K. i do need to check what OS the license underneath the laptop is for.
thanks.

Yes, they will, as will T21 or T22 or T23 or even T30 CDs.
But without a W2K or XP COA on the bottom of the machine it would be illegal and make Bill Gates mad!

Are you sure about that? I thought I remembered using a T23 disk in a T21 and it wouldn't even recognize the disk as a recovery disk.....or wait, was it a T21 disk in a T23....hmm, can't remember.

Yes.
Only ones I ever had extreme problems with when attempting to use them cross species were the T30 disks. Never figured out why but they wouldn't play nicely with early 600 and 600E series machines, probably because of the recovery partiton.
I could usually get around any problems by running the recovery CDs in the machine they were specified for, then swapping the HD into the earlier model machine. Sometimes required an FDISK /MBR to get things running, sometimes not.
My set of T21 CDs seem to be the least problematic and will run on almost anything.

James
