I just sent one set to a member to CA. If you live near Rhode Island. I can give you a copy for free. Or, if you live near California, I think our member there will help you out. Otherwise, if our mod does not have time, I can send you a copy. I have the originals too.
By the way, our admin is a seasoned IBM seller. He has everything.
