WTB/WTTF: RAM for a T40

WiFi card purchased. Still need a stick of RAM for the T40. 512mb should do it.
Stuff I have available for trade:
2x 512mb PC2-4200U Hynix. Brand new. $64
1x 128mb PC-133 Aspen. $18
Ray Ban Predator Series 2: $40 (no scratches on the lenses, glasses are in great shape...I just don't really wear them any more. For what it's worth...these are the Men in Black (1) glasses. I didn't know that when I bought them originally, but thought it might be worth mentioning.).
WaveRider EUM3003 wireless modem w/ antennea: $50. (I saw one of these go on ebay for $300 last month...but I don't wanna deal with ebay)
Brand New Logitech G5 mouse & Func 1030 mouse surface: out of the box, but I don't need it as I am stick with Thinkpads, and not getting a gaming laptop. $50 for the combo.
Brand New USB 56k modem Multitech. Retails for $125. $25
