SOLD! Motherboard from my T41 w/ Radeon 9000 32mb SOLD!

I'm thinking about upgrading my T41 w/ 14.1 (1400x1050) with a T42P motherboard so I'm trying to see what I can get for my T41 motherboard w/ 1.6 CPU. The board is in excellent working condition...laptop was barely used. Please let me know what you are willing to pay for this board and CPU.

I will give you $200 shipped for the board (no CPU). I've got to get one for a T41 and have been looking.
I know it is short notice, but please let me know by 1:30PM Eastern time today b/c I will probably buy one off eBay if I don't hear from you.
