Hey everyone.

Its finally time for me to get a new laptop.

Im looking to either get a barebones T4x laptop with the SXGA+ LCD or a regular loaded T4x laptop with SXGA+.

My budget is at max $700, so dont offer me your T43p at $1500.

I am currently located in Cleveland OH, which is where I will be purchasing the laptop.

Barebones would be ideal since then i could install a nice wifi card, 7200rpm drive from brent and so forth.

Help me out guys.

If I were you, I would seriously consider the one that you PMd tselling about. I have purchased things from her in the past and can say that she was prompt in shipping, and everything arrived in the exact condition as promised.

Even if you got it with the 1.7 instead of the 2.1 for $700 it would still be a good deal....but to get the "P" model with a 2.1 would be better.

I really want to get the T41p from her, but she first wants to see if she can sell it with the 2.1GHz cpu first.

Also Im trying to see if I can get something a bit cheaper, trying to convince my folks that the $700 is a good investment considering there is no warranty etc on this. They keep telling me to get a new laptop from costco but I keep holding back.
