FS: T40 1.5ghz 768mb 40gb DVD 802.11ABG Warranty ~4/07

I bought this Thinkpad 2 weeks ago, only to end up getting a full fledged tower(with better specs) a week later for free.
Given that for my needs, a tower is acceptable...I'm posting this for sale. I just got it today, added the wifi card, and cleaned it up a bit. I'd like to sell it for exactly what I put into the system. $575 + shipping
Here's the specs:
IBM Thinkpad T40 2373-8CU
1.5ghz Pentium M.
768mb RAM
40gb hdd
DVD-ROM
802.11ABG (intel 2915ABG)
14.1" XGA LCD
32mb ATI Mobility Radeon 7500
10/100 Ethernet
56k modem
IR
XP Pro
AC Adapter
IBM Warranty through 03/28/07
2 hour battery life (battery's seen better days....and 104 fewer cycles...but it holds a good charge)
A few marks on the lid (no scratches, just typical Thinkpad wear, without the tear), but in excellent condition considering it was built 2 years ago, especially in comparison to my friend's wife's Dell C800!
Hinges are stiff, keyboard is in great shape.
This would make a great "cheap" laptop for any college student, as I'm sure that it'd last the length of the time at college.
