Sup sup yall,
i'm selling my year old ibm thinkpad t42 (2379 DXU). paid over 2 grand for this, and have done nothing but baby it. It's done a little light traveling, but other than that its stayed on my desk, away from anything that may cause it even the littlest of harm. Quick specs:

* 1024 mb of ddr ram (installed a second 512 mb stick) - definitely made a noticeable improvement.
* 60gb 7200rpm ide hard drive (i can preinstall it with the ibm factory settings or a fresh standalone of win xp pro - legal w/ disc)
* ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 64mb 8x agp graphics up to 1400x1050 - i can run Half Life 2, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, and Hitman Blood Money pretty well (lo-res, but textures on either medium or high)
* Combo DVD-ROM/CD-RW (8x dvd-rom, 24x cd-r)
* Mini-pci wireless card 802.11a/b/g
* Gigabit ethernet port
* 2x USB 2.0
* throwin in a 2 port USB 2.0 / 2 port firewire (6-pin & 4-pin) PCMCIA Card
* s-video out, vga, headphone jack, line-in jack, and integrated microphone
* 4-hour 6-cell battery
* weighs only 5.6 pounds
* Still have 2 years left parts and labor warranty

i'm also throwing in a spare adapter and can pre-load it with tons of software if you'd like

asking $1200 shipped OBO and will have it shipped ground via DHL (no exceptions - unless you want it faster) and only to CONUS.

FYI, all preloaded software, needs to include licenses...even when it's by the ton...
