WTB: x22 with Wifi + RAM

I am looking for a thinkpad x22 with the following:

Good physical condition
640MB RAM
Internal antennae
Ethernet

If you have a mini-pci 802.11b card, feel free to keep it. I’ll be putting in 802.11g.
Also, I don’t need an OS installed. I’ll be running linux, so I have no use for a windows license.

I am willing to pay $260 + S/H. If the laptop comes with 802.11g, $280 + S/H.

I can pay by cash, check, or Paypal, preferably Paypal for ease of use.
