I can do a T21 (shell) with a T20 keyboard in working condition with some screen blemishes for $100 shipped!

Um, that's an excellent price. Heck, the LCD panel alone is worth >$150 on eBay.

I think it better if you just get a complete system form ebay. I got a couple of complete t21 for around 100-170 on ebay. It's not worths a hassle getting a barebone that costs almost as much as a complete system...
