Looking for T23 Recovery Disks and RAM

Hi,

I'm looking for a set of recovery disks for T23 (WinXP Pro, 2648-BU4). A copy will do it or maybe someone has the files available for download

There is also an empty memory slot, I would love to fill it with a 256 or 512MB stick, brand doesn't matter.
