WTB: IBM Notebook (Read please)

Hi. Well, I've been wanting to buy a notebook for a while, and IBM is the best I've seen so far. I'm willing to pay first, through Western Union and only to well known forum members.
What I'm looking for is for a mint T23, or T22. Doesnt mind for the configuration as long the processor is up from 800 mhz. Any included upgrade will be aprecciated (ram, hd, wireless). You might PM me or post in here, any question or suggestion. Thank you!
