Hello to all, new to the Forum. I am looking for a 1Ghz processor to upgrade my T21 2647-8AU. Have done enough research to know the mobo will accept it. (The memory is already maxed at 512.)Just no luck finding one. Thanks for taking the time to read this and any\all assistance is appreciated.

Sorry about wrong location on original post. Is the SL53S the exact name I am looking for. I generally use AMDs so Intels form naming is pretty foreign to me. Had checked ebay but when I questioned a Seller as to computability I never would get a "for sure" answer. Thanks for your reply.

Sorry draco2527. :( Right now I hold the winning bid on one on ebay. The auction ends tomorrow. I have already placed my maximum offer. If I do not win it I`ll be in touch.

Well, if thunder doesn't want it, I'll be glad to haggle for the chip. Would $25 be a good place to start the negotiating at?

If you can agree on a price AlphaKilo470

Feel free to grab it. There are others out there if I do`t win the one on ebay.
