I just upgraded for my wife and her X24 is for sale.
Model: 2660-mxu
Original description: PIII-M 1.13GHz(512KB), 256MB RAM, 30.0GB HDD, 12.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, 802.11b wireless(MPCI), Ethernet(CDC), Modem(MPCI), IBM Secure Chip, 6Cell Li-Ion battery, Win2000
Current setup (difference in bold)
PIII-M 1.13, 128M memory, 10G hard drive(I keep the 40G hard drive for me wife), NO BUILT-in WIRELESS( The buil-in wireless was given to my friend's machine), ethernet and 6cell batter. Comes with Adapter. No CD or other software. I will install 2000 before it leaves.
Condition (difference in bold)
Internally, runs very good. Never a problem. My wife rarely reboots it. maybe once in a month. Physically in very good condition, keys got a little big shine but normal. Battery lasts around 3 hours.
NOW, the problem: there is one vertical line at the right edge. About the size of the head of a fine ball pen. It does not affect performance at all.
Also, the right latch is broken but the left latch works like new.
I am looking at $200 plus actual shipping. Shipping is around $10 for priority with insurance.
I know people will not need the following but if anybody needs them, I can include all of them for $30 extra.
--one extermal USB SLIM CD-rom(very slick)
--one dock
--one USB wireless card: Dlink DWL-G122
