FS: 800 mmc-2 P-3 for thinkpad 600x 2645-5FU 9FU 9ZU

For those in the market,
I have the 800 mmc-2 modules for the thinkpads 600x with speedstep enabled boards. IE: the 2645-5FU and 9FU.
And I just found out the 9ZU from a customer/fellow forum member that bought an 850 from me.
Rare as they are I have a few available for $80 OrReasonableOffer with US shipping included.
