Why not return it, since you are within the 30-return period?

I thought you could not return it if you had opened it if you can then that is what I will do I guess I will call them and see thanks.

Unless it was an EPP, Educational or 3rd party purchase you should be able to return it under Lenovo's 30-day return period. You might get stuck with the shipping costs, but that is far cheaper than the $361.45 that you would lose by reselling it for $2000.

on the ibm site, it's only 21 days and unopened boxes... unless you can point out a different return policy.

I know it used to be 30 days, but I think they changed it.

Wow, according to the Return Policy, you're right. It appears to now be 21 days and UNOPENED.

If someone else knows otherwise, please let me know.

I just saw that, I guess it is back for sale for the price in my first post this is mint, as you can not tell it from new no marks of any kind. My ebay feedback is under brileavi if anyone wants to check thanks again.

I just returned a X60. When requesting RMA, they were very clear and specific about the "UNOPEN" requirement! Beware!

T60P is Sold pending funds
