Here's pictures I took today: http://www.flickr.com/photos/79356951@N00/
This has been my baby for quite a while now. I must say I'm sad to see her go, but a guy's got to have priorities...and right now, mine happen to revolve around serving the country - I certainly won't need such a fantastic piece of hardware in the months to come.
I've taken good care of this machine and it's in wonderful condition. Here are the specs.
IBM T41p [Type 2373-124]
- 1.7Ghz Intel Pentium M [Banias]
- 1GB PC2700 memory
- 60GB 7200RPM HDD
- ATI Mobility FireGL T2 128MB video
- 14.1" TFT display 1400x1050 resolution
- UltraBay Slim CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo Drive
- IBM Bluetooth
- Intel PRO/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter
- Intel 10/100/1000 ethernet
- 56K modem
- AD1981B AC'97 Audio controller
- 9 cell battery, 6 cell battery, UltraBay Slim battery
- Windows XP Professional SP2
- IBM optical mouse
- IBM USB floppy
- Currently remains under IBM warranty
I have 3 batteries for this machine + one 72W IBM AC adapter.
In addition, I have the 5 disk IBM recovery CD set made specifically for this model.
I also have the IBM optical mouse that came with it and a black IBM USB floppy disk drive to match.
This is still under its original IBM warranty. I called IBM for the status and they reported that this machine is under warranty until 03-26-2007.
I have wiped the disk and restored it to original factory state with the recovery partition in place + Windows XP Pro SP2 w/ all current patches.
I'm leaving at the end of September, and I need to sell this by that time. I have access to great laptop-specific shipping materials at work as a sysadmin.
I'm asking $1300, but as you know I am time-restricted so please make offers.
If I don't find a buyer by Sept 25th, I'll sell to the highest bidder. Please PM with questions or email me at stuart<at>unavco<dot>org and I'll get right back to you.
My eBay ID is aquanoah, please see for positive feedback rating. Thanks!
EDIT: $1200 obo. I'd much rather do this here than on eBay - throw me some offers, guys!
