ThinkPad 310ED cover lid

Hi to all :D

I am looking for the cover lid of IBM Thinkpad 310ED. I mean the external upper shell (with IBM logo) housing the screen and hinged to notebook body. As far as I know the P/N is 11J8574.

Please someone may help me?
