Hi,
I actually need some recovery cd's for the following:
- X30: 2672-PG3
- T40p: 2373-CG6
-T41p: 2373-GGU
If anybody can help me to get these that would be great, copy's are not a problem.
Regards, Toine Fritschy

So you got the T41p discs? I thought they would also work for the T40p, no?

FYI: the T41/p disks will work on a T40/p, but it isn't legit.

Do you think the will work? the t41p has 128mb grafic and the t40p has 64mb right?

Yes, they will work. At most, you might have to update the drivers through Software Installer.
Did you still want the T41/p disks? I didn't get a reply to my last PM.

I've all the 8 Recovery CD's for a T42p.
My laptop actually has a T41p motherboard (2373-GEG) but is branded on by the left hinge as T42p.
Once I tried restoring the HDD to its factory state but a error appeared saying "IBM Rescue & Recovery failed to restore your system"
I got those CD's by one IBM employee, the one who sold me the laptop.
If you still want the CD's, they're in Spanish.

Did you ever find the X30 disks? I was able to get my X31 disks to work on my X30, but it was a royal pain. I would like to find a set for the 30.
