This is an older business-grade laptop generally equivalent to a 600-series ThinkPad in both performance and build, though its version of the TrackPoint is much inferior to IBM's.
The laptop is in outstanding condition with only a few minor scratches on the lid to show for its 7 or so years of life. It is fitted with 256MB of PC66 RAM, though like a T20 it can go up to 512MB if you are careful in your chip selection. It has a 2.5MB Neomagic video controller (one of those long-forgotten chipsets that is fine for 2D business use, and not much else) and a 300MHz mobile Pentium II processor. Fi8nally, its got a 13.3" XGA LCD in good condition. Its not as bright as a modern display, but isn't bad in the context of its age. Its got a 20GB 4200 RPM TravelStar drive pulled from a ThinkPad X22.
Despite the primitive specs, I'm running Windows XP professional on it with terrific results. It boots quickly and is actually quite responsive, even with three or four applications open and a wireless network connection (I'll throw in the Belkin Cardbus 802.11G PC card).
The keyboard is only about 8-months-old and is in great shape. Everything works beautifully and there are no missing covers or cosmetic issues other than the scratches on the lid, which are minor and only cosmetic.
I'm looking for $100 shipped, but will take $75. The shipping is the killer on price.
