WTB 240x motherboard & battery, CF-IDE adapter,patch ant

I'm looking for a motherboard and battery for my TP240 (soon to be in the mail). I've heard that the 240x has much better battery life, and for me, that's a must. A new battery (or even cells!) is good too; dead batteries will also be useful as I want to try replacing the cells. (Yes, I'm familiar with lithium-ion cells going boom.)

I'd also like to try scoring a CompactFlash->IDE adapter, so that I can replace the hard drive with a more power efficient CF card, and a patch antenna so that I can add a MiniPCI wireless card.
