FS: Mobile Mini Cartridge Pentium II 300mhz CPU

I have a working Mobile Mini Cartridge Pentium II 300mhz CPU pulled from a ThinkPad 560Z. This would make a good cheap upgrade for anyone with the 233mhz 560Z or any other computer using the mobile mini cartridge connector. I'm looking for $15 (essentially the cost of postage, packaging and gas to get to UPS store) shipped.
