WTT: Max Spec X41 for X41 Tablet or Toshiba Portege Tablet

I've been playing with a first-generation Tablet PC for the last few weeks (Toshiba Portege 3505) and have fallen in love with the concept.
I have an X41 of the absolute highest spec (2528-EMU). It is a Pentium M LV at 1.6GHz, has 1.5GB of RAM (from Crucial.com) and was upgraded from Intel wifi to Atheros a/b/g and from 40GB to 60GB hard drive. In addition, it has Bluetooth added and the Bluetooth clearplate so you can see the LEDs.
It comes with both 4 cell or 8 cell battery, and since they won't work with the tablet, I'll include two X4 ultrabases with DVD/CDRW combodrives.
The computer is in outstanding condition, though I did change the English keyboard to a Korean one (a new keyboard is $38 from Lenovo).
I have a total of 4 batteries for it, 2 8-cell, a 4-cell, and an ultrabay slim battery for use in the X4 ultrabase. All batteries have 15 cycles or less.
Now what I want: Either a ThinkPad X41 Tablet or a Toshiba Portege M200 or M400.
An X41 Tablet in excellent condition, speed and hard drive capacity aren't important, but should have either 1.5GB of RAM, or I'll keep the 1GB module from my X41 and send my computer with its 512MB base configuration. I'd like it to have an 8-cell, preferably two, an Atheros Card and Bluetooth, though I can live without Bluetooth.
If your Tablet has an Intel card, we could just keep our respective cards, you put your Intel into my X41 and I'll put my Atheros into your Tablet.
I will also consider a Toshiba Portege M200 or M400 tablet, again speed isn't very important, but condition is.
Cash can be added/subtracted to make an equitable deal.
Thanks,
Andrew
