Problem With Reseller

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of purchasing from www.antonline.com.
I own an X60 and ordered a 4-cell slim battery from these guys. After discovering the slim battery does not fit the X60 (but the X60s), I sent emails to get an RMA or even an exchange for the correct battery. That was almost 2 weeks ago!
After checking www.resellerratings.com, I discovered Ant Online has a habit of not honouring returns and/or making it next to impossible to get them processed. I think they're philosophy is to make their customers crazy to the the point that they just go away!
If anyone is interested in an opened but new and unused 4-cell slim battery, let me know. I still have the packaging and manual that goes with it. If sales offers aren't allowed, I apologize!
