FS: Japanese Thinkpad S30 parts machine

I have a rare Japanese S30 parts machine for sale.
Specs:
PIII 600MHz, 128MB builtin RAM, ethernet, firewire, 2xUSB. Non-piano finish, standard titanium-look screen cover.
The good:
rare Japanese thinkpad S30. Good screen, no dead pixels. Motherboard boots ok.
The bad:
PCMCIA slot is non-functioning. Haven't tested the CF slot. Dead battery (taken apart but all parts are intact). Original power brick died (included) but a regular power supply from T20 works just fine, voltage is same. (Tested)
Parts missing:
1. keyboard (I saw those on eBay for around $60)
2. hard disk holder and adapter
3. some screws
It's possible to resurrect it sans the PCMCIA slot. I don't know what the PCMCIA's deal is, might be fixable too. All other parts other than those listed above are present and should work ok. Keyboard should be easy to find but adapter and holder for hdd might be a bit of a challenge. Usable for parts too.
Looking for $160 (shipped in USA, Europe add $15) for the whole thing. Will consider offers.
