Since nobody came along with a trade, I'm listing my X41 for sale. It is the fastest version of X41 offered by IBM/Lenovo at 1.6GHz and comes with your choice of 8-cell (5:30 hours at 3.2lbs) or 4-cell (2:45 at 2.7lbs), X4 ultrabase and DVD/CDRW combo-drive.

Model number is 2528-EMU, though it has been upgraded from original spec as follows.

Intel wireless replaced by ATHEROS a/b/g - big improvement in range.

40GB hard drive replaced by 60GB - largest X41 drive and faster with its higher aerial density.

Bluetooth module and antenna added - I also installed the bluetooth clearplate kit so you have the same indicator lights as a factory bluetooth model.

RAM upgrade from 512MB to 1.5GB - Memory ordered from Crucial.com and has lifetime warranty.

The computer is under warranty until March 2009, serial number is LV-A3804.

I'm looking for $1000 shipped - the computer is in outstanding condition with a bright and beautiful screen and near perfect case (one tiny nick on the rubberized top plate) comdition. It comes with one AC adapter.
