OK, three things:

1. You need to add your location to your profile, as per recent changes to the Marketplace rules. It also helps in figuring out who is able offer you something.

2. You also need to double check your email address on file, to make sure that it current, since your profile says "User with bad email address, PLEASE fix!" If it is correct, then you need to email an admin so that they can fix your profile for you. If it isn't correct, then you need to fix it and then still email an admin, to fix it.
