WTB T21 LCD Cover (plastic)

I have a T21 with a 14.1 LCD and the plastic is cracked near the clamping device. This crack is starting to spread and I wish to replace the lid. I someone can help me out, I would be very happy!

Is it possible to install an LCD rear cover and upper case, both with IBM logo, to a X61 7674 (not tablet)?
