FS: a big lot of various T20 and other laptop parts

I used to fix T20s and over time acquired a bunch of parts for various machines. I'm trying to get out of it now, so here is the list of parts I have.
T20/23:
a. 4 pairs of lcd hinges (t20-23)
b. 4 ultrabay floppy drives
c. 3 sets of speakers
d. 3 minipci modems + 1 T23 network card (non miniPCI)
e. 2 T23 miniPCI card covers (longer ones)
f. 2 t20 trays (no mobos) + pcmcia slots + ultrabay mechanisms
g. 2 t23 trays, 1 has a bad motherboard that boots but shuts down. 1GHz PIII processor + heatsink included. (CPU was working ok)
h. 4 t20 screen lids, 1 with lcd cable (no lcds, of course)
i. 3 dead mobos, 1 is from T23
j. 1 t23 heatsink and one T20 heatsink
k. 1 working lcd backlight for t20
l. 2 cmos batteries
m. 1 set of t20 back ports (USB, parallel, VGA, etc)
n. 2 keyboards with trackpoint, 1 missing 1 key, the other missing several

Non T20 stuff:
a. 2 T40 keyboards, both have 3-4 nonworking keys, 1 might be missing a key, I can look for it. Otherwise comlplete
b. 2 cdroms (1 nonibm, 1 ibm, but from older laptop, not T20)
c. 1 ext floppy drive (IBM, but older. Has proprietary connector)

Will take $180 shipped or best offer for the whole lot.

I would prefer to sell them as a lot or at least several parts to one person. Shipping small parts individually is a pain. I will consider selling parts in small lots or even individually but that will be on low priority list. Open to offers. If you want to throw a few things out and lower the price a little, will definitely consider it.

Shipping will depend on where you live. If continental USA, probably $30 for the whole lot (it's heavy). If you Europe/Asia then more like $50. I can get back to you on individual parts shipping costs, just let me know whereto.

It's difficult to sell individual parts. I'd rather sell several at a time or the whole lot.

Also, price reduction! I gotta get rid of this thing.
