Bought mine as a refurb, so I didn't get any ... and never got around to cloning my hard disk.

Yesterday I started hearing (and feeling) snapping sounds under my left hand, and the system freezes. This happened several times, so I decided to stop trying until I can replace the HD, and hopefully get some of my data off.
