T440s OK so far.
T420s NVIDIA graphics. Nice, then MB failure.
T400s Workhorse. two of'em, both faulty display with vertical stripes.
T43 °very nice° - MB reflown and dead, two of'em.
T42 15°, dead onboard wireless.
T40, dead memory slot, stolen from me
T30, stolen from me
TP600 dead

Marcos,

T43 could use any (PC5300 or PC4200) but I would suggest getting the cheaper one (PC4200) since you wont be using higher clock speeds of the PC5300 on a T43.

I've heard there are some brands in which Macs freezes. I'll try to check in the next couple of days if these Nanya sticks work on Macs.
