what is the shipping cost ot US? thx

Standard shipping to US is $15 with tracking, takes 5-7 business days (normally only 3-4 business days).

For what systems are these ? T43 would use ... ?

T43 could use any (PC5300 or PC4200) but I would suggest getting the cheaper one (PC4200) since you wont be using higher clock speeds of the PC5300 on a T43.

T60 can use the 5300, so can MacBooks & Mac Mini's with Intel CPU's.

I've heard there are some brands in which Macs freezes. I'll try to check in the next couple of days if these Nanya sticks work on Macs.
