Perfect upgrade for R5x Series models 2883, 2887, 2888, 2889, 2894 and 2895. Other R-series need older Dothans or Banias. (May work with Z-series, too.)

Makes a huge difference when upgrading from a Celeron CPU - improves battery life and performance.

This is a C stepping CPU (late model) and won't work in T40, T41 or T42 properly. It will work in a T43, if you want to underclock! Image link below.
