FS: Laptop, RAM, hdd, webcam, tv tuner. WTB/WTTF: laptop RAM

I need a few upgrades to my E1705, namely a bump to 2gb of RAM and a larger hdd, now that it's my primary multimedia machine. 2 sticks of DDR2 (4200 acceptable, 5300 preferable), and a 160gb 2.5" SATA drive are what I'm looking for.
I don't have much for sale, but here's what I can list.
Hauppauge PVR-USB2 MCE USB 2.0 TV tuner w/ Media Center Remote. Used for 2 months. $115 shipped
80gb WD800JB 7200rpm hdd w/ almost a year worth of warranty left. (trade only)
2x 512mb PC 4200 DDR2 laptop RAM: $35 each
Logitech Quickcam Notebook. $20 shipped
Also, unrelated (as he's only taking cash), my brother is selling his 9300.

Cosmetically, it has a scratch on the LCD cover, and the inspiron lettering has worn off, and a little bit of paint is missing on the bottom but I'd still rate it an A, as these issues are all superficial. It's in perfect working condition.
He's asking $650 + shipping for it.
