This is an insane price for a great machine that is still under warranty. I bought one last week, otherwise this would be gone!

I just popped in a 1.6GHz Dothan and it works fine, recoginized properly by BIOS and CPU-Z. SpeedStep shifts gears properly.

This is another insane price on a fairly new laptop.

If I didn't pick up my T23, I would be all over this..... :D

Good luck,
Ron

How can this still be available?

O.K., please tell us why it's an 8.9 out of 10 for cosmetics. Any scratches on LCD or plastic cracks? Where are you downgrading?

Also, IBM's website shows that model came with a combo DVD/CDRW. Is only a DVD drive included?

Perhaps because it's Celeron M? It's actually a pretty good processor, much faster than the original Celeron I think.

I don't believe in rating any used laptop above a 9. The laptop does have a few light scratches but not really noticeable. The screen is clean though. I don't think i'd give any laptop an 8.9/10 if it has cracks or other blemishes beside minor scratches. It originally came with a dvd burner but I replaced it with a regular DVD drive instead. Pics with be posted up once I get home tonight. Thanx
